Which brush or set should I choose?
Petite is one mini fan brush. Daily Duo has two sizes; Sculpt Trio has three. Voyage Quartet includes four compact brushes and a zip pouch; Atelier Five has five brushes and a fabric roll; Studio Six has six brushes and a paper box. The price shown is for the complete listed brush or set.
What are the brushes made from?
The designs use synthetic PBT bristles, painted wood handles and satin-finish aluminum ferrules. The ivory bristles have warm taupe tips. Pouches and rolls are fabric; the Studio Six storage box is paper. See each product for its exact dimensions.
How do I use a fan highlight brush?
Pick up a small amount of powder highlighter, tap off excess and sweep lightly over your cheekbones or other areas you want to highlight. Use the smaller fan heads for more precise placement. Avoid the eye surface.
How should I clean the brushes?
Wash the bristles gently with lukewarm water and a mild brush cleanser. Keep the ferrule and wood handle out of soaking water, rinse the bristles, reshape the fan and dry flat with the head beyond a clean surface edge. Do not use heat. Let brushes dry fully before storage. See each product for pouch, roll or paper-box care.
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We ship free by standard delivery to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Overseas territories and APO/FPO are excluded.
When will my order arrive?
Allow 1–2 business days for handling and 3–4 business days in transit after dispatch, for an estimated total of 4–6 business days. The fixed 19:00 GMT−06:00 cutoff and non-business days affect when handling begins. These are estimates.
How does the cutoff work?
The cutoff is 07:00 PM at fixed GMT−06:00 year-round, without daylight-saving changes. Orders at or after cutoff or on weekends and US federal holidays enter handling on the next business day.
Can I return a purchase?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Ordinary returns must be unused and in original condition and packaging, with protective inner brush packaging unopened. Obtain authorization first.
What if something is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and details. We cover applicable return shipping for our error, damage or defect and arrange a refund or replacement after review. The ordinary unopened rule does not prevent reporting an issue.
Who pays for a change-of-mind return?
The customer pays return shipping to our authorized return address in France. There is no restocking fee.
When will I receive a refund?
Approved refunds return to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
