Shipping Policy
Where We Deliver
We deliver to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. US overseas territories and APO/FPO addresses are outside our delivery area. Other countries cannot complete checkout.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders within our delivery area. No expedited shipping option is offered.
Handling and Transit
Handling takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit is estimated at 3–4 business days. The combined estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days, allowing for the cutoff and non-business days described below. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Order Cutoff and Business Days
The order cutoff is 07:00 PM at fixed GMT−06:00 (Central Standard Time, Chicago reference), all year; it does not change for daylight saving time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders received before the cutoff enter the handling window that business day; orders at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays enter it on the next business day.
